Philips chosen for prestigious honor

Devin Philips, a senior at Epic Charter Schools, who has been a student of Regina Bell for six years, is set to graduate as a salutatorian in 2024. He is an active member of the Civil Air Patrol program and has been chosen as one of the two Oklahoma liaisons.
