ORDINANCE NO. 986
THE CITY Council of the City of DeQuincy, State of Louisiana, met in regular session on the 10th day of March 2025, and adopted the following Ordinance to change dates of yearly rates and fees increase.
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of DeQuincy, in legal session convened, amend dates of the yearly rate increases.
Beginning October 2025 yearly rates and fees shall increase in October each year thereafter.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED THAT all other parts and provisions of the rates shall remain in full force and effect.
Said Ordinance having been introduced on the 10th day of February, 2025, notice of Public Hearing having been published on the 5th day of February, 2025, said Public Hearing having been held on the 10th day of March, 2025 with the title having been read and Ordinance considered, on motion by Scott Wylie, seconded by Jim Smith to adopt the Ordinance. A record vote was taken, and the following result was had:

ABSENT: 0
ABSTAIN: 0
This Ordinance was declared duly adopted on this 10th day of March ,2025.
