Neyland to represent Louisiana Railroad Days Festival at LAFF

Molly Neyland, a 22-year-old Legislative Assistant to Senator Mark Abraham, will represent the Louisiana Railroad Days Festival and the City of DeQuincy at the Louisiana Association of Fairs and Festivals in Baton Rouge Feb. 6-8.

A dedicated member of The Pentecostal Church of DeQuincy, she is the daughter of Rev. Wayne and Janet Neyland of DeQuincy. She graduated McNeese State University in 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in mass communications, concentrating in Public Relations. She also earned an associate degree in General Studies with a focus on Applied Behavioral Sciences. In addition to her professional and academic achievements, she is an active member of the DeQuincy Federated Service League.

During her reign, Neyland has attended over 30 festival events, including more than 15 festivals, proudly representing the Louisiana Railroad Days Festival across the state.
