L.O.V.E. to celebrate 13 years

L.O.V.E. Community Mission will celebrate 13 years on Feb. 8. The Mission will continue to do what they can, when they can, as long as they can through their main assignments: calls, local transport, mowing yards, Senior awareness, handiwork at the discretion of the Mission, sharing helpful resources, mailing occasional cards as needed, referrals and contributions to Senior community programs and Senior facilities.

Love Community Mission is thankful to their donors to help them keep “Giving”

Their mission is love and support to: The Care Center of DeQuincy, Oak St. Recreation Center – Senior Activities, DeQuincy Community ACTS Foundation, High Hope Care Center, Hixson-Snider LIFT Program, Park Place, DeQuincy Elderly Housing.

DeQuincy is blessed to have these Senior facilities and programs.

The Mission was featured in Thrive Magazine for December 2024.

The Mission has come a long way from 2012 until 2025 – 13 years. The board members and volunteers appreciate and love their DeQuincy community family.

“Oh give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; for His steadfast love endures forever. 1 Chronicles 16:34
