Jerry Gore is the 2024-25 principal at Singer High School. Gore, a native of Kirbyville Texas, is a fourth generation educator. He is a graduate of Sam Houston State University where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, and Stephen F Austin State University where he received his Master’s Degree in instructional leadership. He began his education career in 1992 at Kirbyville CISD. He has served as a teacher, coach and administrator for the past 32 years in the Texas educational school system.
Gore has been married to his wife Kristi for 30 years. They have three sons, Jackson Gore and his wife Devan, Avery Gore, and Ty Gore. He also has a beautiful new granddaughter, Rya. Kristi, is the Assistant Superintendent at Kirbyville CISD; Jackson, is a teacher/coach at Anahuac ISD; Avery is an Art teacher at Kirbyville CISD; and Ty is a sophomore at Texas A&M.
As Gore begins his 33rd year in education, he is very excited to lead the staff at Singer. He looks forward to an exciting and successful year.
