Lois Cecile Hogden was born Feb. 11, 1940 and passed away Saturday, Apr. 22, 2023.
She is survived by her husband, Freddie Eugene Hogden; and her nieces and nephews, Nelson W. Hogden, Sr., Nelson W. Hodgen, Jr. and wife, Vanessa, Richard Hogden and wife, Brenda, Mark Hogden, Joyce Bishop and husband, Ronnie, Patty James and husband, Mike, Randall Morris, Stuart Greer and wife, Angela, Chris Greer and wife, Melony, Lois Lee Greer, and Ty Greer and wife Becky; along with numerous great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her daughters, Karen C. Vasek-Hogden, and Mary Louis Wallace Taylor; parents, Jo C. and Elsie Stewart; and her sisters, Onalee Greer, and Tommie Jo Eubanks.
Memorial service was held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Apr. 29, at Colony Baptist Church, 13353 FM 1130, Orange, Texas.
Arrangements were handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
