Steve “Stevie” VanWinkle was born Aug. 29, 1969, and passed away Saturday, Mar. 11, 2023, at the age of 53.
He is survived by his children, Kaycee Griffin and husband, Casey and Steven VanWinkle and wife, Kasha; grandchildren, Rowdy, Rowyn, Finley, Lynin, and Creed; mother, Linda VanWinkle; siblings, Dawn Nash and husband, James and Jeff VanWinkle and wife, Melinda; and his companion, Angie Marcantel.
He was preceded in death by his father, Steve Lawson VanWinkle.
The family received friends from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, Mar. 14, at Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home in DeQuincy. A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Mar. 15, at Bilbo Cemetery in Singer. Rev. Kyle VanWinkle will be officiating.
Arrangements are being handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
