Richard “Rich” Seibert was born Mar. 24, 1954 in Astoria, New York and passed away into the hands of his Lord and Savior on Monday, Mar. 13, 2023, at the age of 68, after a sudden illness.
He is survived by his loving wife, Frances Ann Seibert; brother, Peter Seibert and wife, Mable; nieces and nephews, Katie Craig, Emma Craig, Tommy Seibert, Anthony Seibert; sister-in-law, Susan Marie Craig and husband, Mark; and his three cats, Ebony, Bambam, and Ivory.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Lillian Seibert; brother, Luis Seibert; father and mother-in-law, George and Dorothy Smith.
The family will receive friends from 6-7 p.m. Thursday, Mar. 16, with the funeral service beginning at 7 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church, 800 N Lewis Street, Sulphur. Pastor Steve Avera and Bro. Lamar Hoffman will be officiating.
