Everyone is invited to ride in the 2023 Louisiana Railroad Days Festival parade on Friday, Apr. 7. You are encouraged to decorate your float, vehicle, or bike with the theme: Louisiana Railroad Days Festival or a train theme. There is not a fee to enter.
It is a great opportunity to advertise your Business or Club. Golf carts are welcome.
Lineup will be on Third St., on the south side of DeQuincy Primary School, starting at 2 p.m. The parade will start at 3 p.m. and will travel to the Railroad Museum fairgrounds at Pine St. For more information, call Janet Jordy at 337-842-5022.
The DeQuincy Federated Service League will not be responsible for any property or body damage due to items being thrown from any float or vehicle.
