Vickie Ann Gibbs, 65, of Ragley passed away on Sunday, Jan. 15, 2023 at Holly Hill Nursing Home in Sulphur. She was born to her late parents, Robert and Crama Gibbs on July 30, 1957 in Anahuac, Texas.
She enjoyed spending time with her rescue dogs, whom she loved very much. Vickie was a people person and loved anyone she came in contact with.
Vickie was preceded in death by her parents; along with her brother, Michael Wayne Gibbs.
A Celebration of Vickie’s life will be held at Hixson-Snider Funeral Home in DeQuincy on Friday, Jan. 20, at 11 a.m. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Friday, beginning at 9 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will follow at Newton Cemetery in Newton, Texas.
Services entrusted to Jordan and Amanda Mothershed of Hixson-Snider Funeral Home, 205 E. Harrison St., DeQuincy.
