Registration for the 2022 Thanksgiving Baskets will be held on Monday and Tuesday, Nov. 7-8, at Our Lady of LaSalette Catholic Church Hall from 9 a.m. until 12 noon.
Baskets will be distributed Tuesday, Nov. 22, from 10:30 a.m.-1 p.m.
Applicants must have a current phone number and physical address. No other applications will be taken after this date. Make every effort to come in person. They will accept applications over the phone only if absolutely necessary.

This ministry serves the immediate DeQuincy area (five mile radius in each direction) and counts only those that live in the household.
