Irma Jeane Thomas Dunning died Saturday, Apr. 3, 2021.
She was a lifelong resident of Lake Charles. She became one of the first members of Word of Hope Family Worship Center in 1997.
She is survived by her sons, Gregory (Althea) Dunning of Mobile Ala. and Bobby (Judy) Dunning of Lafayette; four daughters, Cheryl Dunning of Lake Charles, Carolyn (Wilbert) Mitchell and Mary (Jasper) Talbert, all of Moss Bluff, and Janise (Charlie III) Williams of Ragley; one brother, Nolan Thomas of Fullerton Calif.; 23 grandchildren; 56 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ezekiel Thomas and Nola Moss Thomas; husband, Calvin A. Dunning; daughter, Judy Dunning Landry; one brother; and two sisters.
