Phyllis Istre, 100, died on Wednesday, Oct. 20, 2021 at home. Born in Mansfield, she lived in Jennings and Chicago.After marriage to her husband, they moved to Sulphur in 1943. She was clerk of court in Sulphur for 29 years. She is survived by two sons, Rob
