Errors hurt Lady Tigers

Last Tuesday Mar. 18, the DeQuincy Lady Tigers traveled to Pickering to take on the Lady Red Devils.
The bats were hot for DeQuincy. However some defensive errors would keep Pickering in the game as it was a big factor in the outcome of the game.

Emily Cooley was 1-2 with an RBI, Onnie Remedies was 2-4 with 2 RBIs, Aubree Royer was 1-3 with an RBI, Maddie Vinatieri was 1-3, Kayden Whotte was 1-4, Audi Flower was 1-4, and Bryah LeDay was 2-4.

Maddie Vinatieri pitched all 6 innings and recorded a whopping 11 strikeouts.

Lady Tigers run rule Lady Lions

Last Thursday Mar. 20, the DeQuincy Lady Tigers hosted the Vinton Lady Lions in District 4-2A action.

The Lady Tigers scored in every inning and played good defense which propelled them to a run rule victory over their arch rival.

Emily Cooley was 2-4 with 2 RBIs, Audi Flower was 2-2 with an RBI, Onnie Remedies was 1-2 with an RBI, Maddie Vinatieri was 1-2 with 2 RBIs, Kayden Whotte was 1-4 with an RBI, and Bryan LeDay was 2-2 with an RBI.

Maddie Vinatieri was fantastic again in the circle going the distance and recording another whopping 11 strikeouts.

Lady Tigers fall to Anacoco

On Friday, Mar. 21, the DeQuincy Lady Tigers traveled to Frasch Park to compete in the Sulphur tournament against the Anacoco Lady Indians.

Onnie Remedies was 1-3, Bryah LeDay was 2-3, Bella Moore was 1-1 with an RBI, and Addli Scott was 1-2.

Maddie Vinatieri pitched all 6 innings and recorded 10 strikeouts.

Lady Tigers outlast Breaux Bridge

On Saturday, Mar. 22, the DeQuincy Lady Tigers played the Breaux Bridge Lady Tigers in the Sulphur tournament.

Emily Cooley was 4-6 with an RBI, Audi Flower was 2-5 with 2 RBIs, Onnie Remedies was 3-5 with 3 RBIs, Aubree Royer was 3-5 with 3 RBIs, Bella Moore was 1-5, Addli Scott was 2-5, and Olivia Oden was 3-5 with 2 RBIs.

Bella Moore pitched all 7 innings and recorded 6 strikeouts.

Lady Tigers defeat Mamou

On Saturday, Mar. 22, the DeQuincy Lady Tigers played the Mamou Lady Demons in the Sulphur you at Frasch Park.

Emily Cooley was 2-4 with an RBI, Onnie Remedies was 2-4 with 2 RBIs, Aubree Royer was 1-2, Addli Scott was 1-4 with 2 RBIs, Maddie Vinatieri was 2-4 with 2 RBIs, Bryah LeDay was 2-3, and Olivia Oden was 1-4.

Maddie Vinatieri pitched all 7 innings and recorded 4 strikeouts.
