Funeral services for Mona Lynn Buxton Jones were held Tuesday, Aug. 20, in the Chapel of Rush Funeral Home in Oakdale, Reverend Josh LeJeune officiated. Interment followed in Oakhill Cemetery, Oakdale, under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Oakdale.
Mrs. Jones, 61, of Ragley, died Saturday, Aug. 17, 2024.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Treecie Sparks; her parents, Henry Eddie Buxton, Sr. and Della Paul Buxton; and three brothers.
Survivors are her husband, Brian Jones of Ragley; two sons, Charles Manasco of Many, and Luke Manasco (Samantha) of Florien; one stepdaughter, Brieanna Buford (Joshua) of Moss Bluff; five brothers, Patrick Buxton of Ragley, Arthur Buxton of Oakdale, Ronald Buxton of Oakdale, Chris Buxton of Pearl River, and Brandon Buxton of Oakdale; three sisters, Linda Walters of Oakdale, Debra Harper of Oakdale, and Jerriath LeJeune of Oakdale; and ten grandchildren.
