Thomas A. Long was born June 6, 1952, and passed away Friday, July 24, 2026, at the age of 74.
He is survived by his spouse, Charles Brown; nieces, Rebecca Long (Aleks Mayorge) and Christy Lugo (Joey); nephews, Andy Long and Randy Ward; cousins, John and Monya Gott, Mike and Michelle Chapman, Greg and Melissa Thibodeaux, Brad and Ronette Levine, and Penny Schales Litton; along with numerous other nieces, nephews, and loved ones.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew Long and Helen Christine Schales; siblings, Mary Long Scott, James Long, and Jeffrey Long; and niece, Susan Ward.
Cremation was entrusted to Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
