The City of DeQuincy has announced that the splash pad located at the George Thompson Field near the DeQuincy Walking Path off of Hwy. 389 will open Friday, July 31, from 9-11a.m. for special needs and from 12 noon until 8 p.m. for the general public.
The normal hours of operation will be from 8 a.m.- 8 p.m. The restrooms will not be ready at this time but a porta potty will be available.
