Former DeQuincy Tiger Cooper Hext has quickly become a fan favorite in his first two weeks playing for the Yuba-Sutter Highwheelers. He’s already hit 3 home runs in his first 10 games with the club.
In 10 games Hext has a .349 batting average, an on base percentage of .404 and a .605 slugging percentage.
In 47 plate appearances and 43 at bats he’s had 15 hits with 3 home runs and two doubles while scoring 13 RBI’s.
There’s a lot of baseball ahead for Hext as the season will run through late August into early September and that’s not including the Pioneer League playoffs.
Keep working hard Cooper!
