Sarah Orr was selected as DeQuincy Elementary School’s Teacher of the Year.
Orr began her teaching career in Bossier City and moved to Calcasieu Parish in 2013. During her time at DES, she has taught 4th and 5th grade Math and Science. She has also led different student programs such as D.A.R.E and STEM Club.
