Noel to ‘season things up’ at Rotary Bingo

May is National Older Americans Month, and this year the Rotary Club of DeQuincy will honor our Senior Citizens at a special Bingo Event on Thursday, May 30, at Oak Street Recreation Center. Doors will open at 9 a.m.; Bingo starts at 10:30 a.m. and a meal will be served at 11 a.m.

The meal will be cooked by Celebrity Cajun Chef Rusty Noel founder of Rusty’s Seasonings, “Seasoning For Every Stuff!” – Certified Cajun.

There will be Bingo prizes, freebies, and a presentation on Senior Safety by Major Jerry Bell, DQPD along with many special guests.

Senior Citizens play a crucial role in benefiting the younger generation in several ways. Older adults offer valuable life experience and wisdom. They can mentor and guide young people, providing insights on various aspects of life, career choices, and personal development. The month of May we celebrate them!

If you are 55 years of age or older don’t miss this opportunity to be part of our fun event. Come join us!
