Jason Allen James was born Dec. 21, 1972, and passed away Tuesday, Apr. 23, 2024, at the age of 51.
He is survived by his stepchildren, Logan, Brandon, Caitlyn, and Dalton; siblings, Lorna James, Andrew James, and Allie Wells and husband Ron; and nieces and nephews, Justin, Amy, Miranda, Jessica, David, Tommy, Bella, and Kaylie.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Jocelyn James; parents, Lloyd and Janet James; niece, Cecili Young; and nephew, Landon Wells.
The family will receive friends from 10-11 a.m. with the funeral service at 11 a.m., Saturday, May 4, at Caney Creek Apostolic Tabernacle, Conroe, Texas. Interment to follow at Brookside Cemetery in Houston, Texas.
Arrangements are being handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
