Lee Marvin “Digger” Lake, died Friday, Mar. 15, 2024, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, Texas. He was 62, a native of Pierre Part, and a resident of Starks.
A graveside service was held Saturday, Mar. 23, at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church Cemetery in Paincourtville under the direction of Williams & Southall Funeral Home in Napoleanville.
He is survived by his wife, Marilyn Smith; two sons, Joshua Lake (Bethany), and Blake Stanley; two daughters, Candy Hagood (Scott), and Danielle Thibodeaux; eight brothers, Troy Michael Lake, Kenny Lake, Clifton Lake, Wilbert Hebert, Jr., Wayne Hebert, Ernest Crochet, Roger Dale Hebert, and Lanson Hebert; three sisters, Vanessa Daus, Sandra Prejean and Trudy Crochet; and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Arlene Woods Lake; father, Jerry Marvin Lake; mother, Verna Boudreaux Hebert; stepfather, Wilbert Hebert; and one son, Jason Smith.
