Lady Tigers Hang Tough But Fall To South Beau

The DeQuincy Lady Tigers played their rival South Beauregard next to the same field as the boys were playing on Tuesday night. The game was tight until the 3rd inning when the Lady K’s bats came to life.

Addli Scott led the hitting for the Lady Tigers going 2-4 With 2 RBIs.

Lady Tigers Get Big Win Over Vinton

The Lady Tigers wanted to prove the critics wrong against rival Vinton and that’s just what they did this past Thursday. DeQuincy had a huge 6th inning to defeat the Lady Lions to start district play.

Addli Scott led the hitting going 2-4 with 2 RBIs, Maddie Vinatieri went 1-2 with an RBI, Emily Cooley went 1-4 with 2 RBIs, Bella Moore went 1-4 with an RBI, Bryah LeDay went 1-1 with an RBI, and Aubree Royer went 1-4 with an RBI.

Miley Moore pitched 7 innings and recorded 3 strikeouts.

DeQuincy 9 – Vinton 3

Lady Tigers Crush St. Louis 16-0

It didn’t take long for DeQuincy to impose their will on St. Louis Catholic this past Friday in Lake Charles. The Lady Tigers had no trouble with the Lady Saints winning in run rule fashion after 3 innings.

Bella Moore led the hitting for DeQuincy going 2-3 with 2 RBIs, Maddie Vinatieri went 1-3 with 2 RBIs, Emily Cooley went 1-2 with an RBI, Maddie Moore went 1-1 with 2 RBIs, Aubree Royer went 1-1 with and RBI, and Camryn Richardson went 1-2 with 4 RBIs.

DeQuincy 16 – St. Louis Catholic 0

Lady Tigers Fall To Iowa And Lacassine

The Lady Tigers played two games on Saturday in the Bell City tournament but unfortunately fell in both against two quality opponents. No statistics were available for these games.
