Charles Roderick Dartez, 72, of Ragley, died Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2024.
He was born in Lake Charles. He worked as a Heavy Duty Equipment Operator and was a member of the Local 406.
He was preceded him in death by his son, Arnold Dartez; his parents, Glovia Dartez and Marjorie Humphrey Dartez; and two brothers.
Survivors include his wife, Peggy White Dartez; daughter, Jamie Benjamin (Bobby); five grandchildren; brothers, Ronnie Dartez and Danny Dartez; sisters, Amanda Vaughn, Gloria Daigle, Lorita Reeds, and Beverly Dartez.
Services were held Friday, Feb. 16, at Hixson Funeral Home of Moss Bluff. Rev. Bill Saxby officiated.
