William Schaede of San Marcos, Texas, was born Mar. 12, 1943, and passed away in DeQuincy on Sunday, Sept. 17, 2023, at the age of 80. William was a former resident of Thomasboro, Ill. He served his country in the United States Army.
He is survived by his children, Scott Schaede, Michael Schaede and wife, Luz, Jerred Schaede, and Tammera Schaede; four grandchildren, one great-grandson, Owen, Conner, Ryker, and Gracie; brother, Franklin Schaede and wife, Leah; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Burt and Alice Schaede; and his sister, Pat Seibold.
A private burial will be held in San Marcos, Texas.
Arrangements are being handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
