Priscilla Ann Ardoin, 81, of Moss Bluff, died Sept. 1, 2023 at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital.
She was raised in Basile. Then moved out of state, returning to Lake Charles, in 1956. She was a graduate of Marion High School, class of 1960. After graduation, she worked at Muller’s Department Store.
She retired from Calcasieu Parish School Board as a School Bus Driver in 2020.
She was a devout Catholic and member of St. Theodore Catholic Church where she was active in the Eucharistic Ministry, Garden Ministry, Bereavement Food Ministry and Church Decor Ministry as well as attending Daily mass.
She is survived by her husband, Lewis J. LeBlanc, one daughter, Stephanie LeBlanc Buxton and husband Cody of DeQuincy; one son, Jared J. LeBlanc of Moss Bluff; nine grandchildren; three siblings, Jackie Breaux, Patrick Ardoin and Natalie Burnett.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lucien and Hazel Ardoin.
Funeral services were held at Hixson Funeral Home of Moss Bluff on Tuesday, Sept. 5, officiated by the Rev. Aubrey Guilbeaux. Burial followed at New Ritchie Cemetery.
