Shirley Arthur was born Feb. 20, 1944 and passed away Thursday, July 27, 2023 at age of 79. She enjoyed reading, shopping, and story telling. Shirley was proud of her flowers and plants. She loved attending church and spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her children, Chet Arthur, David Arthur, and Joanna Arthur; grandchildren, Joshua and Jaden Arthur.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Arthur; brother, Chester Wrogg; mother, Irene Vanpelt; and grandmother, Josephine LeBlue.
The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until time of the service at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 5, at Harvest Chapel, 1305 Irving Street, West Orange, Texas. Pastor Ruth Burch will officiate.
