Darnell Arnold, 74, of DeQuincy died Sunday, July 2, 2023.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Sarah Arnold; parents, Ina Elaine Edwards and Adam Arnold, and twobrothers.
He is survived by his wife, Eva Gay Gypin; children Lea Mechele Nortman (Mark), Stephanie Gay Hooper (Waylon), and Stephen Darnell Arnold (Tiffany); ten grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; siblings Billie Faye Williams, Richard “Ricky” James Arnold, Kathy Gail Arnold, and Christopher Adam Arnold.
Funeral service was held Wednesday, July 5 at New Hope Baptist Church in DeQuincy. A graveside service was held at Flatwoods Cemetery in Flatwoods.
