Rachel Margaret Thigpen was born May 18, 1984, and passed away Tuesday, June 13, 2023.
She is survived by her mother, Sherry Jean Thigpen; siblings, Brandy Craft and husband, Chris, Ruth Richmond and husband, T.R., Rebekah Recheck and husband, Shane; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Rev. John Duddley Thigpen, Sr.; brother, John Duddley Thigpen, Jr.; nieces, Mary Thigpen and Samantha Thigpen.
A private memorial service was held at Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home in DeQuincy. Interment followed at Creel Cemetery in Topsy.
Arrangements were handled with Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
