CITY OF DEQUINCY
RESOLUTION
The City Council of the City of DeQuincy, Calcasieu Parish, State of Louisiana, met in regular session on the 12th day of June 2023 and adopted the following resolution:
“BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDAINED,” by the City Council of the City of DeQuincy, Calcasieu Parish, State of Louisiana, in regular session on this 12th day of June 2023,
“WHEREAS” the City council of the City of DeQuincy, in complying with the Louisiana Legislative Auditor’s New Statewide Agreed-Upon Procedures, hereby approves the attached policies and procedures for:
1. Credit Card Policy
2. Procurement Policy
3.Purchasing and Disbursements Policy
4. Uitlity Cut-Off Policy
5.Customer Utility Accounts Policy
6. Sexual Harassment Policy
7. Bank Reconciliation Policy
8. Payroll/Personnel Policy
9.Travel and Expense Reimbursement Policy
Financial Reporting Policy
“BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDAINED”, by the City Council of the City of DeQuincy, Calcasieu Parish, State of Louisiana, in regular session on this 12th day of June 2023, that it does hereby approve the attached policies and procedures for the City of DeQuincy.
This Resolution was adopted this 12th day of June 2023, in regular session, and the votes were as follows:
