REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS HOUSING AUTHORITY

The Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of DeQuincy, La. met in regular session on April 11, 2023 for the following purpose:
Vice-Chair Lynne Treme called the meeting to order and upon roll call, those present and absent were as follows:
Present: Lynne Treme, Tracey Brown, Darlene Hooker, Shirley Bagwell, Brenda Vige
Absent: Jerry McCaig, Carmen Iley
A quorum present, the following business was transacted. The minutes from March 14, 2023 were reviewed. Tracey Brown made a motion to approve the minutes and Darlene Hooker seconded. Motion carried.
The financial report for February 2023 was presented and discussed. The year-to-date actuals were compared to the year-to-date budget. Tracey Brown made a motion to approve the financial report as presented and Darlene Hooker seconded the motion. Motion carried.
A list of outstanding debts owed was presented and discussed. Tracey Brown made a motion to write off the outstanding debts owed on the rental register in the amount of $763 and Darlene Hooker seconded the motion. Motion carried. Res # 994
The vacancy report was presented by Brenda Vige.
There being no further business to come before the board, the Vice-Chair thereupon declared the meeting adjourned.
