The DeQuincy Lady Tigers received a #5 seed in the LHSAA playoffs and faced 4th seeded French Settlement on the road Saturday.

DeQuincy struggled to get their offense going on Saturday
French Settlement Lady Lions got things moving in the second inning. 2-0
The lady Tigers managed to tie things up in the top of the 4th when Katie Willis layed down the sac bunt to move Adah Doucet over. Baileigh Kellogg drew a walk. Emily Cooley hit a sac line drive to center.
Hannah Mire drove in a run. Followed by Gabby lafferty’s hit to score kellogg. 2-2
French Settlement Lady Lions scored five runs in the fifth inning. 8-2
Hannah Mire and Lafferty each had one hit to lead DeQuincy.
The Lady Tigers would like to Thank everyone that made the drive to French settlement to show their support.
The Lady Tigers finished the season #5 with a 20-9 record.
