DeQuincy Airport to receive $140k

U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy, M.D. (R-LA) announced the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) will grant Louisiana a total of $11,789,777 to improve local airports across Louisiana from his Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA). Since last fall, Louisiana airports have received a total of $70.3 million in IIJA funding, with more expected over the next three years.

The DeQuincy Industrial Airport has been awarded $140,615. This grant will provide federal funding to seal runway pavement surface and pavement joints.
