Kristopher “Eli” Swann, 45, of DeRidder died Sunday, Mar. 26, 2023 in Sulphur. He was born in Knoxville, Tenn.
He is survived by his wife, Vanessa Swann of DeRidder; children, Ben Swann, Lizzy Swann, Elia Swann, and Kagen Jacobs; two sisters, Stephanie Hays Lozano of Knoxville, Tenn. and Allison Swann-Davis of Katy, Texas; his second father, Bill Lindley of Portland, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Leslie C. Swann and Andree Swann.
A celebration service will be held at Temple Baptist Church in DeQuincy on Friday, Mar. 31, at 2 p.m., with Bro. Bill Lindley, Bro. Dwayne Hyatt, and Bro. Bruce Austin, Jr. officiating under the direction of Hixson-Snider Funeral Home. Visitation will be at the church prior to the service, beginning at 1 p.m.
