Lady Tigers/Lady Dogs

DeQuincy Lady Tigers took the lead late and defeated Iota Lady Dogs 4-1 on Tuesday. The game was tied at one with DeQuincy Lady Tigers Varsity batting in the bottom of the sixth when Haydyn Schexnayder threw a wild pitch allowing one run to cross the plate for the Tigers.

DeQuincy Lady Tigers knotted the game up at one in the bottom of the second inning when Freshman Hannah Mire hit a solo homer.

Gabby Lafferty led the DeQuincy Lady Tigers to victory in the pitcher’s circle. Lafferty went seven innings, allowing one run on six hits and striking out eight.

DeQuincy Lady Tigers collected seven hits. Adah Doucet and Baileigh Kellogg both had two hits for the Lady Tigers. The Tigers were sure-handed and didn’t commit a single error.

Lady Tigers/Lady Rams

Gabby Lafferty threw a shutout to lead the DeQuincy Lady Tigers past Westlake Lady Rams, 9-0 on Monday.

DeQuincy Lady Tigers put up three runs in the sixth inning.

Lafferty pitched DeQuincy Lady Tigers Varsity to victory. The pitcher surrendered zero runs on two hits over seven innings, striking out 12 and walking one.

DeQuincy Lady Tigers totaled 12 hits. Kamryn Mitchell and Katie Willis each had 3 hits multiple hits for the Lady Tigers. Six others had 1 hit each.

DeQuincy/Many

DeQuincy Lady Tigers took home a 5-2 victory over Many Lady Tigers on Friday. Many Lady Tigers opened up scoring in the first inning, when Carolina Knowles singled on a 0-2 count, scoring one run.

Gabby Lafferty took the win for DeQuincy Lady Tigers. The righthander surrendered two runs on five hits over seven innings, striking out five. DeQuincy Lady Tigers racked up nine hits on the day. Adah Doucet, Katie Willis, and Lafferty each had two hits for DeQuincy Lady Tigers.
