David Scott Koonce, died Friday, Dec. 9, 2022, in Las Vegas, Nev.
A native of Louisiana, he attended DeQuincy High School. He retired from the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.
He is survived by his wife, Rhonda; children, Amanda Miller, Arin (Troy) Daigneau, and Adam Koonce; stepsons, Richard (Fallon) and Robert (Crystal) Griffith; four grandchildren; and five step-grandchildren; and sisters, Grace Willson and Mary Koonce.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Evelyn Koonce; one sister, JoAnn Treme; and two brothers, Charles and Joseph Koonce.
A celebration service will be held on a future date.
