Carl “C. F.” Barlow, Jr., 67, was born Dec. 21, 1954 and passed away Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2022. He enjoyed mechanic work, race cars, cooking, hunting, and fishing. But most of all he loved spending time with his family.
He is survived by his children, Carl Barlow, III and wife, Holly, Vance Barlow and wife, Amanda; grandchildren, Brennon Husband and wife, Maci, Brett Husband, Carl Barlow, IV, Gage Barlow, Brady Barlow, Brock Barlow; great-grandchildren, Everleigh Husband and Layla Husband; siblings, Eddie Barlow, Sr. and wife, Bertha, Danny Barlow, Roger Barlow and wife, Tammy; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl Franklin Barlow, Sr. and Betty Jo Says Barlow; and his brother, James “Mikey” Barlow.
The family received friends from 9-11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 10, with the funeral service beginning at 11 a.m. at First Pentecostal Church, 225 Hwy 109 S, Starks. Pastor Karl Smith officiated. Interment followed at Miller Annex Cemetery in Starks.
Arrangements were handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. 4th St., DeQuincy.
