On behalf of the DEQUINCY HOUSING AUTHORITY does hereby advertise for a Request for Qualifications and Rates Proposal and will accept proposals until:
1. Wednesday, August 17, 2022.
2. At the DEQUINCY HOUSING AUTHORITY, 500 S. GRAND AVENUE, at the hour of 2:00pm, Central Time Zone.
3. For Request for Qualifications and Rates Proposal for Program/Project Management and Disaster Recovery/Grants Management Professional Services.
4. The Request for Qualifications and Rates Proposal documents, are on file at the DEQUINCY HOUSING AUTHORITY, 500 S. GRAND AVENUE. To request a copy of the package, please email DEQUINCY HOUSING AUTHORITY, Shirley Bagwell, sbagwell@centurytel.net.
5. The DEQUINCY HOUSING AUTHORITY reserves the right to reject any and all proposals for just cause.
6. The DEQUINCY HOUSING AUTHORITY will incur no obligation to the Proposer until the contract between the DEQUINCY HOUSING AUTHORITY and the Proposer is fully executed.

8. Proposal responses can be submitted via email to Shirley Bagwell at: sbagwell@centurytel.net or delivered by hand or courier service. Paper proposal responses should be plainly marked and should contain the following on the outside of the envelope:
