Margaret Mary Negus Powers, 84, of DeRidder died on Friday, June 24, 2022.
She was born in Manchester, England.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Sammy R. Powers; grandson, Scott G. Cooley; parents, William H. and Mary Jones Negus; and one brother.
Survivors include children, David M. Powers and Tammy of DeRidder and Kathryn P. Cooley and Jarvis of Singer; 13 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, June 28, at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder. Graveside service will be held at a later date.
