Bryan Michael Verdine was born Nov. 13, 1978 and passed away Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2022 at the age of 43.
Bryan was a loving father of three amazing children, a loyal husband and the best Paw Paw a little girl could ask for. He was a loving son, brother and uncle and was a great friend to those he considered family as well. He will be missed so much and his strength and laughter will remain in the hearts of all who knew him.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa Renee Bass Verdine; son, Trenton Michael Verdine, daughters, Carli Verdine, and Brianna Brinson and husband, Robert; granddaughter, Bonnie Mei Brinson. He is also survived by his mother, Carolyn Hanks Verdine; sister, Carrie Breaux and husband, Eric, Jr; nephews and nieces, Tristin, Veita, Daygon, Graycie, Jacob and Caleb along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Michael (Hosey) Verdine; grandparents, Edith (Dee) Hanks, J. M. Hanks, and Ruby and Chick Verdine.
A Tribute to Bryan’s Life was held at 4 p.m. Friday, Jan. 7, at Alligator Park, 5316 Alligator Park Road, Starks.
Arrangements were handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
