Steven Wesley Foster was born Apr. 11, 1957 and passed away Friday, Nov. 26, 2021 at the age of 64.
He is survived by his wife, Karen Gibson Foster; daughters, Alaina Grisham and husband, Kelton of Cleveland, Texas and Cara Farhat and husband, Kaice of Lufkin, Texas; six grandchildren, Brook and husband, Joshua, Emmalee and husband, Albert, Neiel, Cana, Bethel and Ezra and two great-grandchildren, Maddie and Noah. He is also survived by his brother, Keith Foster and wife, Carolyn; sisters, Susan Tillman and Lorraine Deen and husband, Edward Ray along with numerous nephews, nieces and other family members.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Calvin Luster Foster and Jeanette Granger Foster.
The family received friends from 5-8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 29, at First Pentecostal Church in Starks and the funeral service was held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 30, at First Pentecostal Church in Starks with Pastor Karl Smith and Bro. Kaice Farhat officiating. Interment followed at VFW Cemetery in Starks.
Arrangements were handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
