Susanna Scarbrough was born Jan. 6,1947 in Morgan City and passed away Sunday, Oct. 31, 2021 at her daughter’s residence in Orange, Texas.
She is survived by her children, Jamie Scarbrough, Sr., Rebecca Dyer and husband, Edward and Russell Scarbrough and wife, Regina; grandchildren, Meghann, Jamie, Jr., Justin, Tanner, Katelyn and husband, Scott Kay, Makayla, Kayley, and Rustin; and three great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Kathleen Barrilleaux and brother, Guy Gilmore.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil David Gilmore, Sr. and Gertrude Mary Breaux Gilmore; and her brother, David Gilmore.
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 6, at Berwick Cemetery in Berwick.
Arrangements are being handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home 1810 West Fourth Street, DeQuincy.
