Sheila Y. Ancelet, 74 was born Feb. 9, 1947 and passed away Friday, Aug. 20, 2021.
She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Arthor Ancelet; children, Rhonda Ancelet, James Ancelet, Jr., Shawn Ancelet; step-daughter, Becky Delong and husband, John; nine grandchildren; and eleven great;grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers, Randy Collins and wife, Connie, Charles Collins and wife, Kathy, and Troy Collins and wife, Christina.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Collins and Dorothy White Collins; and brothers, Thomas Collins and Bruce Collins.
The family received friends from 9-11 a.m. Monday, Aug, 23, with a Memorial Service beginning at 11 a.m. at Riley Smith & Sons Chapel in DeQuincy. Rev. Anthony Kennon officiated.
Arrangements were handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
