Stacey Lynn Bradshaw Franklin, a resident of DeQuincy was born Sept. 29, 1974 and passed away Monday, May 17, 2021 at the age of 46.
She is survived by her husband, Preston Franklin; daughter, Haliegh Brooke Boone; her son by choice, Jarre Sepeda; stepson, Matthew Harris; stepgrandchildren, Tyler and Gavin Harris; father, Carl Bradshaw and wife, Barbara; mother, Gina Coleman Buxton; brothers, Carl Anthony Bradshaw and Jason Scott Bradshaw; stepbrother, James Douglas Mitchell, II and stepsister, Heather Suchanek; grandfather, Otis Anderson; along with many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her stepfather, Donald Buxton; grandparents, Herman Coleman, Joyce Coleman Anderson and Bertie Mae Williams; father-in-law, E. Y. Franklin; mother-in-law, Doris Franklin; and her aunt, Mona Craft.
The family will receive friends from 5 -8 p.m. Wednesday, May 19, and the funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 20, at Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home in DeQuincy. Interment to follow at Masonic Cemetery.
Arrangements are being handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
