Harry Gilbert, a resident of Ragley was born July 12, 1940 and passed away Sunday, May 16, 2021 at the age of 80.
He is survived by his sister, Barbara Gilbert along with numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William Oscar Gilbert and Fara Nation Gilbert; and his siblings, Betty Broussard, Billie McFatter, Jerry Gilbert, Bennie Gilbert, Johnny Gilbert, Jimmy Gilbert and Larry Gilbert.
The family will receive friends from 10-11 a.m. and the funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 19, at Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 West Fourth Street, DeQuincy, Louisiana. Rev. David Free will officiate. Interment will follow at Magnolia Cemetery, Ragley, Louisiana.
