Jeannette Theresa Patin, 82, of Vinton died on Thursday, Oct. 8, 2020.
She was born in Crowley. She was a native of Crowley and resident of Vinton where she was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. She was the co owner of Champ’s Fried Chicken in Vinton for many years.
Survivors include her husband, Paul Patin Jr.; two sons, Guy Patin and wife Terri of DeQuincy, and Troy Patin and wife Shannon of Carlyss; one daughter, Pam Mudd and husband Coy of Holmwood; three sisters, Dot Ardoin of Lake Charles, Helen Fusilier of Lake Charles, and Shirley Canter of Lacassine; 11 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Theresa Oliver; and one brother.
A memorial mass was held at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Vinton on Saturday, Nov. 7 under the direction of Hixson Funeral Home.
