Della Jean Trussell, 68 of Buna, Texas passed away Monday, April 27, 2020.
She is survived by her children, Jeana Carol Liftin and Charles “Buddy” Trussell and wife, Regina; nine grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren with two more due in the near future; brothers, Ronnie Joe Hester and wife, Cherie and Billy Ray Hester and wife, J’Juana.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Earl Trussell, Sr.; son, Robert Earl Trussell, Jr.; mother, Dorothy Jean Richardson; father, Odell Hester; sister, Katie Ruth Hester; brother, Carl Wayne Hester; and grandson, Mickey Loftin.
Per Della’s request there will be no memorial service held. Della chose to be cremated and laid to rest with her husband and son.
Arrangements are being handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
