Marilee Simpson, 72, of Ragley died Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2020 at her home.
Funeral services were held Saturday, Feb. 22 at Open Door Baptist Church in Ragley. Interment was at Beauregard Cemetery under the direction of Heritage Funeral Home in Moss Bluff. Rev. Bill Britt and Rev. John Mark Little officiated.
She is survived by her husband, Rev. Sonny Simpson of Ragley; two sons, Jonathan Simpson and Amanda of Fort Worth, and Joel Simpson and Jean of Ragley; two grandchildren; one sister, Beth Cossey of Jonesboro, Ark.; two brothers, George Byers and John Mark Byers, both of Millington, Tenn.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Auvergne Byers.
