Raymond Eugene Arthur was born Oct. 1, 1936 and passed away Wednesday, Mar. 10, 2021 at the age of 84.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley Jean Arthur; children, Joanna Arthur, Chet Arthur, David Arthur, Sandra Ahmed, Debbie Button and Kathy Douglas; four grandchildren, Joshua Arthur, Jaden Arthur, Chris Ahmed and Cody Ahmed; and two great grandchildren, Laylah Ahmed and Lillian Ahmed.
