Ida Mae White Horn, 88, a resident of De Queen, Ark., died on Friday, Aug. 7, 2026, at Sevier County Medical Center.
She was born in Kinder. She was a homemaker and worked at Fort Polk before moving to De Queen. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, the Daughters of Colonial Wars, the Ancient and Honorable Society, the Descendants of the Mayflower Society, and the Daughters of the Republic of Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ridgeway and Ida Mae Barbo White; husband, Carrol Horn and sister, the late Charlotte White Webre of DeQuincy.
Graveside funeral service was be held Friday, Aug. 14, at Redmen Cemetery under the direction of Chandler Funeral Home in De Queen, Ark.
